“The conditions were ideal for flying, so we launched the ski and headed out,” Scott said. “I handed the ski over to my girlfriend and then jumped off, swam a short distance to the island and scampered up the slippery rocks through the seals and geese to the top. Once airborne, the view was amazing, the water crystal clear with the reef looking extra deadly and shallow.”
